How to remove Norton Internet Security with Antivirus problems (complete uninstall)
Often, especially with products pre-installed Norton, where you do not have the installation CD, or download products through the Internet, problems may arise in removing Norton, sometimes we are required to remove the product from re-entering the original CD (which do not have). The solution below proposal is the best, in what has been realized by Symantec itself, and is simply carried out with a file (a small utility) that realizes all the maintenance operations in automatic. 
Notice
The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2007/2006/2005/2004/203 computer. Before continuing, make sure you have the installation CDs or downloaded installation files for any Norton products that you want to reinstall. Also, if you use ACT! or WinFAX, back up those databases and uninstall those products.
1 Download the Norton Removal Tool for your version of Windows.
DOWNLOAD version for Windows Vista/XP/2000
DOWNLOAD version for Windows 98/ME
Save the file to your desktop.
2 On the Windows desktop, double-click on the icon of the 'Norton Removal Tool.
3 Follow the onscreen instructions.
